When you don't feel well to the point you can't take it any more and go to an urgent care facility Urgent Care Tx in Benbook must be you choice. The PA who saw me ,Janice, listened to understand my issues then took decisive actions to bring me the relief I needed then she addressed other causes I was unaware where contributing to me being run down and in pain. I am very impressed with the level of care, speed, (from checking in as new patient, seeing the nurse, Karen, she was passionate, awesone and efficient , followed by the amazing PA Janice.) and empathy everyone at Urgent. Care Tx Benbrook gave. I am making this my goto personal care clinic. Hands down the BEST!

Urgent Care in Benbrook is a great facility! I appreciate their expertise when it comes to my medical needs. Plus, there are no waiting periods compared to other facilities. Behind the operations are Jasmine, Elizabeth and Sandra who are Well-trained in their chosen field of medical care. Should you require their assistance in the future I would highly recommend. .

Fastest in and out walk in appt. Front desk was super helpful and worked with me with my insurance. Medical assistant was sweet and knew what she was doing.

I feel blessed finding this urgent care! I purchased membership plan and went in same day. It's helpful to those of us who aren't insured. Please read information to be informed.. of how it benefits you :) and the fees. Staff was beautiful from the receptionist to the nurse to Provider Janice. I have no complaints if anything I'd like to say thank you to everyone for taking good care of me and making me feel welcomed. I personally didn't have a long wait. I would say it has to do with days n times one goes in probably.. above all great experience and thank you for everything.

If you are near Forth Worth I highly recommend coming here. Very fast, paper work makes sense and is easy to fill out. Ms Shawnte, Ms. Elizabeth, and Ms Janice are all extremely nice, friendly and kind.

I took my daughter in after she wasn’t feeling well for several days and complained of an ear ache. She was seen quickly, and we were provided initial test results right there. A few days later full lab results came in. Overall the staff were wonderful! It was also nice to know a cost estimate before committing.

Beth is the most helpful person in healthcare I've ever encountered. The nurse, Tiffany, was very polite and friendly and the provider, Mustafa, was open, honest, and listened. We'll be sticking with this place for any future needs. Thank you for your care!

Clean clinic, friendly staff, easy check-in process, and Dr. Anita Hill was incredible. Her bedside manner with my scared 7 year old had him at ease almost instantly. Within half an hour we were in and out with a prescription and snacks in hand. They're so great with kids! After his checkup, he was offered Gold Fish, juice, and even candy for being brave. We'll definitely be back!

Shawnte was so friendly & made the check in process easy. Jasmine was fantastic at taking the time to listen to what I had going on & the NP, Renee took so much extra time to address my concerns plus some! She really went above & beyond what an urgent care should do. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Highly recommend.

This location is quiet, clean, and very efficient. Took my son for an ear infection. We were seen quickly. Janice Hill was the doctor seeing us, and she was nothing short of amazing. She listened carefully and quickly helped us resolve the ear infection. In and out in under an hour, while the level of care, professionalism, and concern were never compromised. This is an Urgent Care experience unlike any I’ve had. Cannot recommend enough
